You mean in your cruise price? Sorry no. Cove Cafe is just like Palo a specality "resturant" that you pay extra for. Hope this helps. Enjoy

Are the coffees good? I love Starbucks, how does Cove Cafe compare?

Also, are the specialty coffee drinks available in DECAF? I cannot have caffeine.

Well, I have read reviews that have compared the coffee in Cove Cafe to Starbucks...but it wasn't a favorable comparison. I suppose that if you like Starbucks coffee you would like the coffee at Cove Cafe. I don't drink the stuff so can only go by what I read.

OK. Great. I was about to ask about this. I have only been on two other Disney cruises, and to be honest, I have never gone into Cove Cafe. I just always assumed that it was specialty coffees like Starbucks that I would have to pay extra for. Since I try to avoid extra charges on the ship, I just didn't go. I recently read on this board that their snacks/pastries are very yummy and free. I do plan to go try them out since they are free. I just wanted to verify that I will not be charged. Your post made me feel good about the no charge!

that was our favorite spot on our last cruise, i loved the little fancy canapes and desserts, which are yes free!
we loved the bartenders there sam and bonnie...hope they will be there when we go back in december.
it was NEVER crowded and a great place to have a drink.

Just be advised that the Cove Cafe cooler is not 'loaded up' with treats. There is usually a tray or two of stuff out at any one time (and often not that exciting). But once in a while you luck into yummy tarts instead of just cookies or biscotti.

The link to the menu has been deleted on this thread. Also, there is not currently one listed in the FAQ thread either.

If anyone has a Cove Cafe menu they would like to share please let us know.

Please realize this thread was bumped up from early in 2009.....as mentioned there is no longer a menu linked.
