Courtyard Marriott Anaheim Hotel & Waterpark

Thank you, this looks very interesting. How much Do you think rooms will go for a night?

I'm going to guess... and I'm pulling this out of thin air... average $225 - $279 per night.

Gosh, I'm glad I logged in. We're planning another trip, considering a Marriott just to use our rewards points, and I had NO IDEA THIS WAS GOING TO EXIST. Does anyone know exactly when they plan to open and when they will begin taking reservations? We wouldn't be there until August. DH has lots of points...we could totally splurge on a nicer room in the concierge levels if there is one...

This looks amazing! I will consider it as a real alternative to Paradise Pier!

This looks great! I normally always stay at Hilton when I travel for work. Might have to switch to Marriott and start earning enough points for next year!

I couldn't see pictures of the rooms. Any place to see them?

DH stays at Hilton also for business travel. I just found out last night that there is a new Homewood Suites opening in July, it's a little over half mile away and has a water slide! I've been keeping an eye on the new Marriott but really don't want to stay there and miss out on the points so hoping the new Hilton property is reasonably priced!

I noticed that too! From the looks of the map it is adjacent to the Toy Story Parking lot which would make for a great alternative to ART/walking. I'm hoping prices will be comparable to the other Hiltons (Embassy, DT Suites, etc) in the area. http://homewoodsuites3.hilton.com/e...enter-disneyland-main-gate-ANADLHW/index.html

Thanks so much to the links to the other websites! I've been checking their main website regularly for updates on booking, and it is less than helpful! :) We're going to be there in September, so it looks like we'll have to wait until June for possibly booking.

From the hotel representative via Facebook:
We think our lead-in suites will start around $290 to $300 and up. Regular rooms (non suites) will begin around $259 and up. Depending on season they could be a bit higher, or a bit lower. This will be the only deluxe category hotel within walking distance to Disneyland outside of the Disney hotels. We will always be priced higher than all the moderate hotels around us, but well below the Disney hotel prices. Hope to have you with us at this new, remarkable family hotel!

I don't consider those prices to be "well below" the Disney hotel prices. I paid about the price they are quoting for their standard room for the premium view, concierge room at the PPH in January.

I am looking forward to this. As lifelong southern Californian one of my biggest complaints about Disneyland is the lack of awesome hotel pools in the Anaheim area. In Orlando there are so many to choose from.

It looks like they are open! I plugged in some dates for next week and prices start at $199. Valet parking (the only parking option) is $20/day.

I was hoping for some suites with separate sleeping areas so us adults could watch TV at night without disturbing the kids. Oh well.

We have reservations at Homewood for next summer, we are staying 12 nights and it was $149/night the longer the stay the cheaper the prices, I think one night price was well over $200 I don't know how many days it takes for the price to be lowered, and if you pay up front it was even cheaper there is I believe $16/day parking but still a great price...I hate paying for parking FYI but it still is cheaper than Park Vue with the parking which was our other choice
