I can't get 4 nighs at a theme park viw concierge but I can get the couryard, has anyon e stayed in that and is it all trees and privacy? :)

Well it would depend on which hotel you are staying at. If you mean at the Grand Californian then the courtyard view is very nice. Dependeing on where your room is will depend on what you see. We have had a view of the courtyard with trees and the monorail going through the middle. But our last trip our room faced DTD and we could see the fireworks from DL even though we were in a "courtyard" room. Though it would be nice to be able to get a theme park view I find the courtyard view peaceful but it really depends on how much time do you spend sitting on the balcony looking at the view.

Yes, courtyard view is very quiet and woodsy, we've had it twice. Once we were pretty close to the monorail going by, the other time not so much. I did like courtyard view because they are usually pretty close to an elevator as opposed to the DTD and some of the Theme Park Rooms.
