Coupon Suggestions?

I try to use coupons as much as possible, but know that I am not using them as effective as possible. I spend so much of my time preparing for the shopping trip that I think the money I saved isn't worth the time I spend. I could have been much more productive in that time period.

Does anyone have suggestions on how you organize your coupons? Or time saving tips?
