Coupon organization?

Hi, I'm new to couponing and I've been cutting them out for a couple of months. But now I'm trying to get organized to make better use of them. Can anyone suggest what kind of catagories to use to get started?

I would organize something like this:

Dairy/Fridge
Produce
Staples (canned goods, bread, PB)
Breakfast
Baking
Snacks
Frozen

A friend organizes by alphabet......one page or more for each letter! She has LOADS of coupons.

I don't have that many and in fact have stopped couponing.
