couples getaway package meals

We are planning on a Nov. trip to USF booking the Couples Getaway pkg. There is a lunch or dinner at included at Hard Rock Cafe, Nascar Cafe or select USF restaurants. We've been to the HC & aren't big Nascar fans--anybody know which other select restaurants are available??

Also there is a dinner included at one of four restaurants: Mythos, Lombard's Landing, Trattoria del Porto or Sunset Grill. We've never been to any of these. Anybody have any suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
