First, does the original Wii Fit have a jumprope activity that is eventually unlocked? We're still working on unlocking everything, and I was at Toys R Us the other day, picked up a jumprope that says its compatible with Wii Fit (thinking there was a jumprope activity on it), but when I got home, don't see anything on there?
Second, I'm planning (if I can stick to it, lol), on doing daily exercises on the Wii Fit to try to lose a little weight and tone up a little before summer... i don't have the greatest knees though (nothing wrong with them, not overweight, just have problems with them for some reason)... was thinking I'd love to do the running exercise on the Wii Fit every morning, but not sure my knees could take me running on my living room floor. Anyone try a small trampoline with this? Do you think that would be even harsher on my knees than the floor?
Thanks for any input,

It seems to be easier on my body, and I'd think your knees. No idea why though, maybe it's all in my head
The yoga and strength training are great for what it sounds like you are looking for, done daily is best, I do about 45 min a day yoga/strength mixed, lost over 20 lbs since Sept
. It can take some time, but it gets addicting, you'll actually wake up wanting to do exercises, at least that's how I got!
