I know this has been asked before but does anyone have a number that puts you through to a uk call centre for VH's???

Also if i booked early with VH for next Aug & then a free dining offer comes out later will VH add the free dining to my booking???

Hi I have been lucky in the past by redialing (usually after hr of india negotiations getting nowhere) and getting through a call center which is meant to redirect you to the correct person but when you explain your problems they sometimes take pitty on you and sort it out themselves. Failing that there is a number in tripadviser in the barbados forum somewhere - stupidly I did not write it down. If you do find one can you put ot on here please for all the others who WILL have problems with india in the future, I will go and have a trawl in the barbados forum if I have time and post back here if I find it.

Try this number but ask for UK service centre.

Also if you have a booking with Virgin Holidays they will not add on free dining as there terms & conditions now clearly state 'New bookings only' sorry.

When they answer and say how can they direct your call, ask for the UK call centre.

sorry I meant to ask that question to elise 79.

If they do not add your free dining it may be worth your while rebooking, just say you want to change your booking , you will have to pay the amendment fee £25pp and prob need to cahnge something on your booking, (eg go to a diff Disney hotel but it would be worth it). You need to make sure that you do this at the UK call center as the indian one will charge you the new (probalbly) more costly flight prices. (check the up to date price on the computer 1st incase it is now cheeper if it is go to india and check what they ant to charge you you may get lucky) You can only do this up until a certain time before depature, check terms and conditiond.

Hi I traweled through the barbados forum and found this number 01293 496917. This is meant to be the virgin service center UK. I have never tried it but I am now writing it in my phone book for future ref. Please let me know on hear if it works.

I have used it. You get answered by a 'receptionist' then just ask for the UK service centre

I use it as we get inclusive geographical calls and have to pay for the 0870 ones!

I would love to know what I have had to pay in virgin call center charges in the past, I've usually lasted about 2hrs in my indian negotiations before I have given up.
