Couple of questions about add-ons

1 - We own at SSR, thinking of doing a small add on (33-43 points). Is the 90 per point offer for that small amount of points or is it only for larger purchases?

2 - My mom is looking into maybe doing DVC, she doesn't really want to go resale and also isn't sure about wanting to buy the 150 minimum, I think just wants to get her feet wet and see. Could we add on to our contract (our meaning hubby and myself) and have it be where her name is on it along with my name so she could have use of the contract? What about dues, could they be deducted from her bank account instead of ours? Not sure because we being the primary contract holders.

I am pretty sure you can do that....I read a thread where someone's mother was also on the deed, and another where two couples shared the deed as well...I would call MS to see if it can be done for you as well. Good luck!
