Couple of General Cab Questions

Found that renting a car 4.3 miles from POP was half the price as getting one from Budget at the DBL Tree on Property.

So looks like a cab ride is in order here.

1 - How long would I have to wait for a cab if I wanted one to pick me up at 7:45 AM?

2 - How much do you think it would cost to travel 4.3 miles?

1. Taxis are usually available at WDW resorts with no waiting.
2. Roughly $13 + tip.
