Since Mickey Mouse hasn't posted 2013 package rates yet, we're still deciding where to stay next year. I've been reading about all of the villas and I have some questions...

1. At Boardwalk, are the villas in a particular area of the resort/particular views?
2. At Boardwalk would a 1BR villa have a balcony off of the bedroom? (This is important to us because our kiddos would be sleeping in the living room area in pack n plays or the pullout couch- I like to sit out on a balcony while they nap or after they go to bed for the night.)
3. At Beach Club, do the 1BR villas have balcony access from the bedroom?
4. Do all BCV have balconies?

5. I have no idea how to word this, but I am wondering if I am over- or under-valuing being able to walk to a park. We loved AKL and the buses never really bothered us but I've never stayed in a 'walking distance" park...

With a 2yo and a 3yo and a double stroller, I'm trying to figure out if there are any aspects we are overlooking.

At the BW, the villas are all on one side and the Inn is on the other side. So all the lodging on the side of complex with the Luna Park pool (closer to DHS) is BWV. Everything on the side closer to Epcot is BWI.

I'm not sure about the balcony off the bedroom. I know they have them off the living room, but not sure about the bedroom.

At BCV, I know we have had a one bedroom villa with no balcony off the bedroom, only the living room. And every villa has at least one balcony, some are larger than others. Some extend to more rooms than others.

Most 1 bedrooms at BWV have a balcony off the bedroom but I had one without one, there were just windows in the bedroom and a small balcony off the living room.

BWV has a couple of different views one of the swan, or wasterway, MGC, parking lot, fireworks view. this we love sit on your balancy and watch the fireworks.
The one bedroom has two bacony one off the bedroom and one off the living room.
BWV and BCV have the same balconys
From both hotelsl you can walk to ecpot take a boat to ecpot, MGM or walk to MGM about 10-15 minutes.
use buses to MK, AK

As Debbie B and I both stated, not always. We stayed in a one bedroom at BCV that did not have two balconies or one long balcony. Just a short one off the living room.

There are some villas at BCV that have very large balconies. And some with small ones.

If you are paying cash at BWV, you'll get a water/pool/garden view. Not BW view or parking lot view. Those are reserved for members on points.

At BCV, there is only one view, so you might get a road view, woods view, pool view, garden view.
