You know, another aspect to this. Animal Kingdom Villas are not exactly cheap, even if you're booking them by renting points. I can't imagine spending thousands of dollars on a vacation and then getting seriously upset about a couple dollar toothbrush being damaged, even if it was totally Disney's fault. I can't imagine even asking for compensation. Not worth my time.
