I just found out that a place have booked for a little weekend jaunt is a dive and there are a couple on hotelopia that look good but the price stinks.

We stayed at the Country Inn & Suites about 2 yrs ago. We had 2 rooms. The one my in-laws stayed in was great the other where we stayed had a leaky air conditioner which led to a soggy carpet and very mildewy smelling room. They brought in drying fans during the day but the drips came back at night.

The first night wasn't so bad but the 2nd my daughter dropped her shirt and it got a big wet spot on it and it smelled nasty. We tried to get switched to another room but they said they were booked. The only reason we didn't leave was that my in-laws had made the arrangements and were footing the bill. We didn't want to make a problem for them.

Their room was great, the breakfast was great. In spite of the soggy and smelly floor we would stay again after first ensuring that the carpet was dry!
