MK - Cosmic Rays and Columbia Harbour House are decent. We did NOT like Pecos Bills - Taco Bell has better taco salads.

AK - Flame Tree. Yak and Yeti counter service is not good.

HS - Toy Story Pizza Planet is decent, especially if you have younger kids.

Epcot - kids thought Katsura Grill was ok. Daughter really liked the bratwurst at Sommerfest if that's your cup of tea.

MK - Columbia Harbour House (my favorite restaurant at WDW overall!) - I like the standard fish, chicken & fries basket, but it is all so good!

AK - Flame Tree BBQ - Ribs and fruit platter

Captain Cooks at the Poly - Grown up grilled cheese with polynesian chips and a dole whip for dessert

Contempo Cafe at Contemporary - fish sandwich - yum!!

My wife is a big fan of the grilled cheese and dole whip at Captain Cook's but I don't know that we'd leave Magic Kingdon to eat there. I would recommend Plaza Restaurant above any other counter service restaurant, though I know it's not counter service.

ABC Commissary Is goooood, best burger going,

for all the bad posts about the place, there sure seems to be alot of people in line every time I have been there, some people are just picky, Disney sells the same burger at all CS places even the resorts food courts.

McDonald's sells the same burger at thousands of locations worldwide and the quality is different from location to location based on kitchen equipment and staff quality. You are correct that the lines are always long and the place gets horrible reviews over and over, people are entitled to their own opinions, be thankful if everyone liked it the lines would be longer.

Actually the ABC Commissary is the only place that puts two pieces of Fried Shrimp on top of the Burger Bun, so that sets their Burger apart compared to the other Quick Service locations.

DHS has a bad reputation. The only one we truly dislike is Studio Catering. The menu doesn't have a lot of appeal to us.

ABC Commissary changed their menu last year and we tried it again and it was good. Fairfax Fare also updated their menu and now have ribs, a "taco" style salad, lots of interesting stuff. Haven't tried it yet but heard some good things about it. Pizza Planet was fine, same old Disney Pizza. We'll eatit at AK at Pizzafari too. We always liked Backlot Express but it's getting boring, since we've eaten there so much.

MK are all fine, I like CHH for the upstairs dining room. Cosmic Rays is annoying for the different stations,just like Sunshine Seasons in Epcot. The larger menu means you have to either split up and go to different counters, or you have to wait in each line, get the food and finally sit down.

Epcot, I would eat at every World Showcase one except China. UGH!

AK, we like Pizzafari and Flame Tree. Watch out for aggressive birds at Flame Tree.

MK: Pecos Bill's; something for everyone and a GREAT toppings bar

Epcot: Sunshine Seasons; great variety, delicious desserts

AK: Pizzafari; typical CS pizza, but it's pretty good and the decor is great!

DHS: Starring Rolls; great sandwiches and amazing cupcakes. I'd stay away from most other DHS locations, especially the dreadful ABC Commissary!

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, Boulangerie Patisserie (if you like to eat light they have a ham and cheese croissant that is super good), La Cantina de San Angel, Tangierine Cafe

Hollywood Studios - Pizza Planet

Animal Kingdom - Yak & Yeti counter service - if you want something light, the chicken fried rice is very good and I believe it is a snack credit if you're on the dining plan
