Counter service question

Is the Free dinning only on the regular dinning plan (I know you can pay and have it made the deluxe plan),but I was wondering about the new counter service plan?Unless it would be cost less on the room (which I don't see happening),it wouldn't be worth it,the regular free dinning would be a better deal.Just wondering.Thanks

Free dining is the regular plan, you cant get it with the CS plan
