Counter service list

Can we just list the counter service meals and maybe one or two decent items on the menus? Please no flaming of the food/restaurants. We're going in a few weeeks and using all counter service.
How's the salads at each place?

I really liked the salad at Backlot Express and at Sunshine Season. The salad at the Mexico CS in Epcot was not good at all. Hope this helps!

The turkey wrap at Cosmic Ray's is good, though it's only served at lunch. I also enjoy the chicken nuggets and those are a few different places. Cantina nachos at the CS in Mexico are yummm, but not the best on the belly.

If at Epcot, I second the vote for Sunshine Seasons. It the best CS in Disney IMO.

At AK, I like the ribs at Flame Tree.

At MK, the chicken and rib combo can feed 2 ppl at Cosmic Rays

And I don't have a favorite at DHS.

DH and I like the CS at many of the resorts...Saratoga Springs, Poly, Contemporary, Riverside, French Quarter, ASMovies.

AK- Yak and Yeti-we eat there everytime and love it since it has opened
MK-Columbia house or Pecos Bills(for some reason I'm thinking this is closed)

I might not be of much help as I love burgers and fries and get them most meals. But I love Cosmic Rays and ABC Commissary. I also like the ribs and chicken at Flame Tree BBQ and the chicken at Sunshine Seasons.

Nothing better than a hot dog on main street at Casey's!

Other great CS restaurants - Sunshine Seasons, Toy Story Pizza, and a lot of the resort food courts are great with a lot of selections.

The taco salad at Peco's Bills is really good. They also have a wrap that looked good but I didn't get to try that one yet.

Sunshine Seasons is the best CS. They have so many different variety of things to choose from. The cold cut sandwiches are excellent plus it is right there where Soarin is, so just get a FP for Soarin and then head over for Breakfast, Lunch, or Dinner.

BTW--this is a great thread. We too are planning on doing a lot more CS meals for our upcoming trip in March (with the occasional TS meals thrown in), so keep the suggestions coming....Please!!!!!!

I was looking forward to trying that wrap... we missed out by hitting Cosmic Ray's around 8pm. But the burgers were yum, not greasy, and earned a by making full use of the toppings bar.

We also really enjoyed Pinocchio's Village Haus (in MK, right next to IASW, with a view in to the boats loading). DH and I each had veggie pizza and a side salad. Tasty and filling, but the meal didn't feel heavy.

MK-Cosmic Ray's burgers, chicken tenders or Chicken dinner (yummy mashed potatoes and green beans).
HS-Toy Story Pizza Planet veggie pizza.
Epcot-we've had plenty that are ok but nothing we LOVE yet...will let you know after I try the fish and chips in January.
We've always loved the CS at Pop Century-Greek Salad, Chicken alfredo.

i love the ribs at Flame Tree, and Pizzafari has GREAT breadsticks.

Cosmic Ray's burgers and toppings bar is fun and tasty.

Mexico's combo was good and fun to eat outside by the water.

I do think SUnshine Seasons' menu looks GREAT and i cant wait to try it.
