yep. I've done it before. But I would still confirm it with the cashier.

Most places it isn't an issue as I have done this many times.

But sometimes you run upon a CM who doesn't understand the rules, or the rules changed or there were no rules that day. LOL

1) Bottled water, yes.
2) Sparkling Spring Water, no.

There generally isn't spring water available at WDW counter service. If I'm not mistaken, all the bottled water sold there is Dasani, which isn't spring water.
