My report is.... I don't know if it was where I was standing, but the volume over the loudspeakers was VERY LOUD.

INFACT IF I TYPED THIS REPLY AS LOUD AS IT WAS, I WOULD NEED BIGGER FONT.

Anyway, the show is 'OK' Don't expect a huge 4th of July type fireworks display at Universal 360, as the movie clips shown on the huge round screens in the lagoon were the main part of the show. There was projections on some of the buildings as well as fireworks and lasers thrown in for added effect. The projections went along with some of the movie clips they showed. Make sure you watch the buildings during the 'scary' movie portion of the show.

For Phantom, Universal should send people out in to different areas to report back on the volume, I was standing against the railing along the water directly infront of BTTF. The speakers were crackling and the volume was way overdone. The volume was fine at the beginning but some clips were just way over the top. Don't know if it was like that anywhere, or just the whole show that is supposed to be like that, but man are my ears hurting now. Think of it as watching a show on TV and that loud annoying commercial comes on.
