countdown to Disney

Hi everyone our family leaves for disney june 29th. We are staying for 12 days ...so excited! Anyways what would be something fun for our 3 year old grandson to see everyday for the countdown. I would like to start it a month before. He is so excited about going to disney and I really want the magic to begin very soon! The other children are all older. Our sons are 17, 17 and 14. We are going down there with other family as well. Unfortunately our daughter can not join us, so we are taking the 3 year old with us. Any ideas would be great!
