our realtor should be over in the next half hour to start the process. I'm so nervous! This is the third home we've sold in 4 years, you'd think I was a pro at this point. lol. But I'm not, and I'm nervous. We are heading from upstate NY back to Boston, so I think there is a certain amount of pressure involved to make as much here to help offset the costs there.
