Could use some Pixie Dust for my Dad.

He fell last night on the ice. Didn't think anything of it.

He takes Coumadin for his heart and his arm started to swell today to about the size of a football in diameter.

He has trouble keeping his Coumadin levels where they are supposed to be and that makes small things like nose bleeds turn into big things.

Anyway, he has to stay in the hospital because the arm has a blood clot in it.

Thanks in advance for any PD you're able to send his way.

I'm going to call my Mom this morning and possibly go to Grand Rapids, which is where they live.

My Dad has such trouble keeping his Coumadin levels where they are supposed to be. Even if he just bumps his arm it turns into a huge bruise.

He did have to stay overnight and have some medication adjusted. The swelling seems to be going down a bit.
