I have a small amount on a webcertificate (just the account not the plastic card I work to hard for the points to have to pay $ for a card!!!) anyway usually I get $dd but this time I was wondering if I go to the bank and get a cash withdrawal not having the card would that be a problem? also would there be any charges?

Cash withdrawals are not allowed with the Webcertificate.

The easiest way to use a webcertificate is if you have a WDW reservation, just list your webcertificat # on your confirmation sheet, the dollar amount that you wish to use and mail or fax it back to them.

cash withdrawals are not allowed but you can take the card or your number to the Disney Store and get Disney Dollars with it.

I figured you couldn't do a cash withdrawel but one never knows unless one asks!!
