Sorry, I know that is not the name of it....but we are going there on the 20th-30th in October and have a few questions about it. I noticed that the tickets are $29.00 but was wondering if you need to have a pass to get into the park for that day. We are getting a 3 day park hopper pass but if we were going, we would be doing that on an evening that we would not be going to the park. Another question...does everyone pay to go? even mom and dad who will not be dressing up? And....is it worth the money?

You would need a separate ticket to get into the park, and yes, everyone attending would need to have a ticket for the Halloween party also. A lot of parents dress up too, so feel free to do that. I didn't know that when we went to the one at WDW and afterwards I wished that I had worn a costume too!:) I have never done the one at DCA, but the one at WDW was a lot of fun and we plan to do the one at DCA next year. :)

You do not need a parkhopper to get in just the special MHT ticket. Unfortunately everyone over the age of 3 needs to have their own ticket. We'll be going for the 1st time on Oct 11th and the whole family is excited. Dd and ds will be dressing up and i think dh & i will be too. From reading this board is seems as if quite a few adults dress up. After reading about this last year, i immediatley began my dropping hints about doing it this year. Dh finally agreed and we've planned this trip specifically for Mickey's Halloween Treat and the halloween festivities at DLR.

Sorry, of course you are right. You do not need a separate ticket to get in for MHT. I am rushing around today and didn't take the time to think it out or work it correctly. Thanks for correcting it.:)

Geesh! I meant to say "word" it correctly.....LOL . I guess I really am rushing today! We have tickets for the circus tonight and I'm trying to get things done so that we can leave.:)

Does anyone know when the holiday refurbs are completed in IASW and HM? We are coming out from 2/14 - 2/22/08 and HM is one of our favs and would hate to miss it. Also does anyone know exactly when the Toy Story Mania ride is going to open?pirate:

Just to clarify, MHT is a separate ticketed event. Tickets are $29 in advance (I think) and $39 at the gate--provided they don't sell out. I know the 19th and 26th are already sold out.
