Could someone please explain this to me?

Hi! I am wondering if anyone can please explain to me how Disney cancels multiple ADR's on the same day. My trip is for a party of seven, and one night we were planning to split up for dinner. 5 of us have an ADR for Tony's at 5:50 pm, while the other two have dinner ADR's at Chefs de France at 6 pm. All reservations were made under my name.

Also, a fellow DIS-er was kind enough to give me a breakfast ADR for 1900 Park Fare. If I understood correctly, she booked a Cape May Cafe breakfast on the same day. We didn't cancel her reservation, she just gave me the reservation # and the information. Should I have her cancel it and hope I can snag it under my name? HELP!!!

Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

this is a no win, no matter which one you chose you could lose your adr. I personally would cancel the one and have another person book it in the party. I then would cancel the other and call and try to get it if the other person has another ADR within 2 hours. I am hearing so many stories about ADR's getting cancelled Hopefully you won't have an issue. Good Luck

You should not have two ADRs for different restaurants at the same time under the same name. Put the second one under the name of someone who will actually be going to the restaurant. Have the person who gave you the other reservation change the name on it if possible.
