Could DW Parks Expand Beyond Boundarys?

I was looking at Google Maps the other day and got fixated on the Disney World Parks and it got me thinking. Could some of the Parks be expanding beyond their current Boundarys in the future? I don't want this to turn into a Disney bash but encourage discussions. I'm also pretty ignorant on what disney owns surrounding each park, I image all of it.

Magic kingdom:

East and mostly north of the park are blocked by operation facilities and the roads to them. South for obvious reason is out of the questions. The real only viable options are to the west and northwest and even then it would take work to move some park facilities unless you cut a walk way straight Over the riverboat river.

Hollywood studios:

Looks pretty blocked in unless you can figure out how to cut under the entrance road to the south.

Epcot:

Appears to be the most locked in of the parks but the park itself has a lot of unused space to expand if needed.

Animal kingdom:

The most expansion friendly of the parks it appears. Lots of land to the east of everest. Reroute the road loop.

Except for the fact that it doesn't include any land below 192 (last I knew there was a huge chunk down there belonging to Disney), this map fits the maps of "Disney-owned property" I've seen in the past. It's from an article on the development of the highlighted Bonnet Creek area, which is a little chunk of land "within the gates" that Disney didn't manage to get the title to when it was still what Disney considered affordable.

Looking on Google, it looks to me like Hollywood Studios could expand out a fair bit to the south east before hitting a waterway -- not that they couldn't incorporate that, but Disney doesn't seem to incorporate random waterways into their parks. Epcot, for instance, has waterways surrounding it in every direction except north, and they pretty clearly designed it to fit within them. But, as you say, there's plenty of room for expansion within that territory. The MK is also nearly surrounded by water.

Another factor is that Epcot is the park that most wipes people out -- EPCOT also stands for "Every Person Comes Out Tired" y'know. ;) It's about as big as it needs to be to have enough stuff to keep people busy for a full day or more. Ditto the MK. HS and AK are the parks with the most opportunity for expansion, and they are also the ones most people consider "half day parks." I would guess that Disney wants the parks to be big enough to have enough stuff that most people can spend a day there and not get bored -- and no more. Fans may want the parks to expand indefinitely, but I doubt that's Disney dream.
