Could anyone think of a reason the 10/15-10/22 7n doesn’t have VGT

If VGT rates open up, do you have to cancel and rebook or can you just modify an existing booking? I’m assuming you can’t do it once you’re in penalty.

Correct, VGT is new bookings only. If the VGT is offered after you enter the penalty period you would need to take that into consideration; ssometimes it is still a savings.
