Cotton Candy Flowers Still in Epcot's China Pavilion?

Can anyone tell me if those beautiful cotton candy flowers are still available in Epcot's China Pavilion (in "House of Fortune") from 11:45AM-2PM and 3:45-6PM daily?

(And if so, any guesses if this will still be the case in February?)

We haven't tried one yet, but I've seen people with them at epcot and they are huge!

We went in to watch one being made a few weeks ago. Really cool! We were going to buy one but after eating so much at F&W we were perfectly satisfied just watching someone else get one!

In September we bought one. It is really cool to watch, but it doesn’t taste like normal cotton candy. It’s not as sweet & had a bit of an after taste. We didn’t like it, but we’re glad to have tried it it at least once.
