I have reservations for royal Pacific at the end of June. I do not have tickets for the parks yet. A friend told me she usually gets them through Costco. I have a BJs membership which I just renewed so I really don't want to buy a Costco one as well. I did not see these tickets at BJs.
Can she purchase the tickets for me? Is there any way you have to show a costco card or that the tickets are connected with a specific name? the tickets are $134.99 for a 3 day ticket good for both parks on any day. No blackout dates. I assume this means I can go from park to park since it says "good for both parks on any day".

So, does anyone have experience buying these tickets? Can a friend buy them for you, and is my assumption correct that they are good for park to park use? I will be buying for 4 people. I was not sure if I was going to do park to park or 2 or 3 days since we get in midday on the 1st day and are staying 2 nights. But this seems like a good deal for the best option. Do you agree?
Thanks!

These tickets are for park to park and expire end of December this year. There are no names on them, and can be purchased for you by someone else. Normal 3 day/park to park tickets are $152.99 if purchased online and $172.99 if purchased at the gate.

thank you for the reply! It's good news! this will save us $72.00 and I was considering just getting the 2 day, but for this price, I will get the 3 park to park. More options that way for our schedule and I LOVE having options. Every bit counts, and this will be more money towards food, or a Harry Potter wand or some other souvenir. :dance3::dance3:

We took advantage of the Costco deal three years ago. It was for 3 visits (did not have to be consecutive or within the same year) and as pp, expires the end of this year. Our friends are members (I also belong to BJ's) and they bought the tickets. They are hopper passes and we paid the $135.00 price. What a deal!!!!

Grab it while you can.

For Children 10 & under are the Tickets Cheaper than 134.99????
Also I will be staying at Royal P. will I get the Fass Pass thing too --- Since I would not be buying a Package -- ???? ;)

You are entitled to express pass as a hotel guest, whether you have a package or room only rate

The Costco tickets are the same price for adults and children.

It depends on when you purchased them as to when they expire. Our Costco tickets don't expire until December 2015.

True. I was only referring to the ones that the OP was asking about and the only ones that you can purchase now.

So Costco no longer sells the any 3 days over 3 years? That is too bad. We have two days left on ours. We actually will be using them next week. We would likely have purchased these again in the future but probably won't go to Universal if we can't get those tickets or something like them. We have no use for three days in a given year, but the 3 days over three years was perfect for us as we spent most of our time at Disney and just did one day at Universal on each trip. I had no idea that the Costco tickets had changed since I haven't been in the market for them lately.

Right now they are only selling the 3 days until end of 2013. This seems to be because of the buy 2 days get one free offer that Universal has until the end of June.

Costco may offer the other tickets again next year but with all of the new things coming in the next couple of years, they probably won't have to offer any cheaper tickets to have massive crowds.

Good to know. I won't be in the market for these tickets again until 2016 so we will see what happens :)
