Costco package question

My brother and nieces are going to DL next week. They received their folder from Costco Travel, but he think it's missing stuff ...and I live 150 miles away.

So, here's my question for those that have used Costco travel...
Is everything supposed to be in the binder?
The things I know he should have are
1. DL Park passes
2. hotel voucher
3. Super Shuttle passes
4. Knott's passes with transportation
5. ART passes
6. Universal passes w/transportation
7. Medieval Times w/transportation
8. Free character breakfast vouchers

Do you receive anything else, once you check in? Or is it all supposed to be in the blue folder??

Call COSTCO's CS number and ask. I would think it would be difficult without knowing what he actually ordered.

Is this the packet that you receive about 3 weeks before you are scheduled to be at Disneyland or is this the packet your receive right after you schedule your package? We received a reservation confirmation packet when we first scheduled and then received another approx. 3 weeks before our scheduled trip. The last one did have all the tickets inside, they were all in different spots in the little file folder.
