There are no names on them. They just say 'adult' or 'child' and each has a different value. On ours, the adult ones have a value of $39 and the child vouchers are valued at $20. They do have an expiration date. We leave tomorrow and the vouchers expire 1/13/12.
You don't have to use an adult voucher for an adult or child voucher for a child, btw. You can use 1 at a time or in any combination if you want. For instance, if you are getting $40 worth of food from a counter service you can use one of the $39 vouchers and pay the extra dollar. They won't give you change back if the food costs less than the voucher's value but you can apply any extra value on the voucher towards a tip. I learned that neat fact from skiingfast.
ETA: In other words, the vouchers are just like regular dining vouchers and can be used at any sit-down or counter service restaurant (except WOC meals).
