Costco Alamo upgrade

Just booked an Alamo rental through Costco. I booked intermediate and it includes an upgrade. Since I believe there isn’t a standard aisle at MCO (unless that’s changed?), and we have “skip the counter”would we then just go pick from the full size aisle when we go to the garage?
