Cost to upgrade from Quick Service to Reg Dining Plann

Ok, I'm in the very beginnings of pricing out a budget stay at the end of August. Can anyone tell me the cost of upgrading? I don't mind staying at a value but really want the regular plan during "free" dining.

Don't forget when you are doing your numbers that in addition to the difference in the two plans (which I thought was around $16 per adult per night), you will also have to pay gratuity on the full price of the table service meal. so if the value of the table service meal is for example $100, you will need to figure on an additional $18 -20 per day for gratuities, over and above the quick service plan.
