I know my son will want one of those spinners. Not sure the correct name for them, but you press a button and things spin around on it. (You know what I mean :-) ) Do you know how much they cost at WDW? I have seen that at the Disney Store for $12.50. I am wondering if I should pick one up the next time we are at the mall if they are going to be cheaper.

I think they are around $10.00. However, I have seen almost the same thing at a 7-11 gas station for about $3.00.

We always buy ours at the Disney Store and bring them to the parks. I have seen some at the parks for $20! So whenever my kids ask for one I give them the one we brought. I'm not saying they are always thrilled, but so far I have never had to shell out the mone for one at WDW.

I forgot to add that I recently bought two mini-spinners at the Disney Store on clearance for $0.99. They have Tinkerbell on them and are pocket-sized so I don't have to lug them around all day, and the kids just love them.

We paid $13 for a nemo one in DTD 5 weeks ago. However, my 4 year old does still play with it, so, I guess it was money well spent.

We bought our son one at the Disney Store before we went (our trip was 2 years ago), his was actually different than the ones they sold @ Disney World. The Disney Stores I think are generally cheaper. I'm curious if they are still somewhat different?

I didn't see the tiny ones on clearence. I will have to look. Thanks all for the feedback. The little things I worry about.

I won a box of 5 of them on ebay for $5 plus shipping. With 3 kids I decided there was no way I was spending $30-$45 on these at a parade. I will pack these and pull them out, they do not know I have purchased them!

At WDW the light chasers with Tinkerbell, Buzz, Stitch, Cinderella...or similar are $14 (tax included). The "string things" are $16 (tax included)...while the kids think these are really neat, they do tangle easily...so I would not buy them for the younger ones.

I was just at the Disney Store on Michigan Avenue in Chicago last week and I think they are normally about $12.50, but they had TONS of Chicken Little swinging a baseball bat and some princess one (castle or snow white??? not sure since I was shopping for a boy) for $1.99. Not sure what the selection is everywhere else, and I probably would've chosen something else had it not been $1.99, but I thought that was a great price on one of those!
