Cost of sprite boats by the hour???

We do it every year...but I can't remember how much it costs and we need 4 boats!

Water Mice -- small craft that can speed up to 22 mph, $20.75/half-hour. Minimum age is 12, height requirement is 5 feet. Combined maximum weight limit for all passengers is 320 pounds. All drivers under the age of 18 MUST have a parent or legal guardian sign a release. Drivers 18 years of age must provide ID with birth date. Disney Club members get 15% off Mercury Marine WaterMouse rentals until 12/31/03.

In October there was a special: rent a water mouse for one hour for $32 with tax included. My DS and I split the time--one of our fantastic memories of that trip.

There is also a Captains Plan for $200 where you get extensive use of water craft and bicycles for 4/5 people.

They must run that special a lot because I I know we have done it by the hour each time. Did you really switch drivers? That could save us a bundle of money!! We have DH and a 12, 14 and 16 year old who all will need their own boat. Maybe we could get away with 2 boats for an hour if they could switch at 30 minutes?? Or three boats if we always want an adult on the water (to make sure the 12 and 16 year old don't try to ram each other! )

With your crew the captain's plan might work extremely well. We love it for our family of 5. It's unlimited use of the sprites and other boats for the length of your stay. It's limited to 5 people on the plan but if you take out a pontoon boat I'm sure the other two could ride along. It includes bikes but not tandems at resorts that rent bikes. It's $199 without tax. I believe $219 with. Oh dgaston said 4/5...maybe it varies by resort?
