cost of mickey/minnie ears in the parks?

can anyone tell me about how much the mickey or minnie ears are in the parks? do they embroider your name on them right there and then and if so is there an additional cost for that?

Usually the cost of Mickey Ears is about 12.50 or a little less. They embroider names on them.. But it has to be names like Jim, Bob, Elizabeth, John... etc.. Can't be names like Mom, Dad, Brother, Sister or anything explicit or obsene.. First names only..
