Cost of Cozumel Taxi - Specifically to Chankanaab National Park

We went to Chankanaab National Park last year and were a bit confused about the pricing. There was a chart by the taxi area outside of the cruise ships with set fees to different attractions. We paid the fee on the way there, but weren't sure if that was supposed to be round-trip or just one way. Does anyone know how that works?

We just returned from Cozumel and took a Taxi from the port area - the one near Señor Frog's. There was a published rate of approx $13 US. This is one way to the park. The taxi fare on return to pier was the same amount as getting there.
