Cost of cab ride from OKW to GKTW?

We are volunteering dec 7 at GKTW and wanted to know about how much the cab ride will be and also how long does it take to get there. Our shift starts at 7:30 am.

According to Mapquest it is ten miles and 17 minutes. The route they show looks reasonable. But there are traffic lights, so allowing 30-45 minutes would be better. Based on current fares ($3.85 first mile, then 55¢ per ¼ mile), it should be right about $25 plus tip each way.

I took cabs a few times last year from the Swan/Dolphin and $25 is a good estimate, though it could bump up to $30-35 depending on traffic and the route they choose. I think taking SR 535 (Apopka Vineland Rd) to 192 is faster than taking 192 all the way, but sometimes the cab drivers feel comfortable with a particular route and want to stick to it.
