Cosmetology question

Hi guys,

Within the wishes package section of wdw website, it states they can provide contact details for cosmetology.

This is prob a silly question but is this something that can be counted towards the minimum spend or not?

It does not count towards your minimum. they will give you a list of vendors for cosmetology.
