Room request, booked with Virgin Hi, we have booked through Virgin and are staying at CSR at the end of March. We would like to stay in the casitas section and although it's not a guarantee, would like to add request to the booking. What's the best way to do it? I have read you can add this on the MDE room page but I cant see this. Does this only appear once I have input my credit card details? Thank you

if there’s enough time before your trip email them. If not call it in. I don’t recall they ever made a place for us to request that. It’s always just a drop down menu w requests and that one is not included.

Touring plans also has a very good room finder, with the option for them to submit a room request on your behalf. It has always worked GREAT in my experience. Casitas is my favorite section of CSR - have an amazing trip.

Thank you. We were hoping for casitas 4 or 5. Would i have to join touring plans to do that? I did email the usual Disney address but they said they could not help. 3 years ago we faxed it through but I've bee told this no longer works.

Yes it does require a subscription. Well worth the small investment, they have a GREAT service.
