How late is the pool bar open for mug refills? Do the hours change with the seasons?

Down to 45 days today! DH is making his part of the final payment today, mine is paid off! Woot! CSR here we come :goodvibes

:woohoo::woohoo: Come on, DH...get that payment in!

How late is the pool bar open for mug refills? Do the hours change with the seasons?

I want to say it is 7 p.m. We've only been in April, September and October and the hours have always been the same.

Has anyone gone to Maya Grill for their breakfast buffet? Any opinions? Thanks.

Yes, we've done the breakfast buffet. Personally, we find Boma and Crystal Palace to be better, but we enjoyed it more than we did Chef Mickey's. It is nothing special...just your typical breakfast buffet.

Hi all,
Quick question - sorry if it has been asked and answered before - but my youngest son has just told me that he doesn't want to sleep in the same bed as his brother, so does anyone know if we can request a blow up/roll out bed or something like that he can use please.

Thanks.

Hopefully I am allowed to bump my own question - Does anyone know the answer to my question please.

(Oh and bumping CSR back to the first page, where it belongs of course)

It was answered, you must have missed it - see quote below :)

OP, sorry I didn't answer, but I had seen someone else had. I do know that you can get a rollaway. However, I do not know the cost as we never needed one.

I haven't stayed at CSR yet so I don't know how much floor space there is with the queen beds, but at POR we brought an inflatable mattress for my dd to use. It fit well between the bed and door and we propped it up during the day. We brought our own sheets for it from home (knowing Disney wouldn't have a fitted twin sheet) but mousekeeping did give us extra blankets.

We did a 10 night stay and bringing the mattress was much more budget friendly than renting a cot. My dh was able to fit the mattress and pump into a small duffle bag and that was his carry-on for the plane so it didn't take up luggage room. The mattress was one of the inexpensive ones from Target or Wal-Mart and it worked well.

Note: We weren't sneaking an extra person into our room. We just wanted an extra bed for the sleeping comfort of everyone. : )

This is a great idea! With the queen beds, you can fit a twin inflatable matress on the floor in front of the door (if need be you can move the ottomans away from the window).

I did not put a "sample fax" unless someone else did.

I simply state something like this when we send ours in:

Dear Friends at the Coronado Springs Resort:

We are very much looking forward to our arrival at the Coronado on ______ for our family vacation. We would like to make a request that, if possible, we would like to be in the _________ Section, Building ___ or ____.

Keep your requests simple as I understand the "simpler" they are the better chance you have of getting your request. We have always had our request met in eight stays at the CSR.

We went on our first family trip to Disney last September (09). We stayed at CSR and LOVED IT. We loved our trip so much that we are looking to return again this September!!

Our last trip we had DD4 and DS1. DS1 went in the pack n play that we put in the bathroom area by the sink. This year will we have DD5, DS2, and a baby who will be 4 months old. If DS2 (24 months) has moved to a toddler bed by that time, we'll put up bedrails and have him bunk with DD5 in a bed. If not, then we'll want two pack n plays. Anyone tried doing 2 pack n plays in the new rooms? We'll probably have a small army of strollers as well. :D

Can someone tell me how far of a walk it would be to get a refill on soda if we were in Casitas or Cabanas? I see where it shows the distance to the pool and bus stops, but not to the soda station. Thanks!

Maybe this info from another website would be helpful:

A stroll around Lago Dorado, clocking distances with a basic pedometer measured the perimeter to be about 1.1 miles. Other distances measured:

From El Centro moving clockwise around the lake to:
Casitas 3 = .16 miles
Casitas 4 = .24 miles
Casitas 5 = .27 miles
Ranchos = .46 miles

From El Centro to the Dig Site, via the bridge near the Cabanas = .35 miles

From El Centro moving counterclockwise around the lake to:
Cabanas 9B = .16 miles
Cabanas 9A/8B = .22 miles
Cabanas 8A = .31 miles

Hello,
I've been printing menus from allears and another site wdwinfo and I just saw an 'updated' menu from Pepper Market dated 1/10 - and it mentions the wok kitchen. I thought I had read that the Wok kitchen was no more. I am sure going to be disappointed to find out that these 'updated' menus are old and not updated at all!

Hi

I have a son who has medication that has to be refrigerated. I read at the beginning of this thread that the rooms have refrigerators, but I just want to be absolutely certain: Do ALL rooms have refrigerators, or only certain buildings?

I'm sorry if this seems redundant. I just want to be sure so that if it is only certain rooms, I ask for a fridge.

Thanks.

Those are old...the wok station is gone.
