Coronado Springs gym - for any on property guest?

I have friends who REALLY want a gym at their resort, but CS is booked for their dates so they are staying at POR. Is there any way they could have access to any of the other gyms on property? The deluxe are out of their price range.

There was a time when you could purchase a day pass for a resort gym, but that's apparently not being offered any longer.

If they'll have access to a car, there are plenty of gyms in the surrounding area. There's also the option of taxi or Uber.
