Coronado Room to Request

My sister is staying at Coronado Springs with her husband and 2 year old son - which room should she request? She will be using the Disney Transportation to and from the parks. Which buliding is the best location - something near the playground, kid's pool, and not too far from the bus stop & food court. Is this possible?

Cabanas would probably be the best section to request-not sure which building. Maybe someone else has a suggestion. Cabanas is close to the theme pool as well as a short walk from the food court. There are bus stops in each section so you can use the one in Cabanas or the one at the main area.
We like the Casitas as they are close to the main area/food court.

I am using the new numbering system in the descriptions below. The map on my website is the old numbering system and the map I attached below has the new numbering system.

cabana 9e & 9d are close to bus stop 1 and the main building with a short walk to the Dig Site over the wooden bridge

cabana 8a, 8b & 8c are close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a short walk to the main building.

cabana 8d & 8e and 9a, 9b & 9c are inbetween the above cabanas.

Cabana rooms are mostly waterview rooms or non parking lot views and will be at the waterview pricing.

ranchos 7e, 7f, 7g & 7h has the quiet pool, is close to the Dig Site and bus stop 4 with a bit longer walk to the main building. It is behind cabana 8a, 8b, 8c.

The casitas are close to the gym, spa and have great fountains and courtyards. casita 5 is close to the Dig Site with a good walk to the main building. The lower the casita number the closer towards the main building.
