Coronado question

For the past week I have been going back and forth on Coronado vs. Carribean Beach. Last night I made up my mind to stay at Coronado and today its taken off all the booking sites for the week in April I am going......crap. I guess Carribean Beach it is. Am I missing something? Why has it been taken off all the sites today for April 16th week?

Are you trying to book through a site like Orbitz...?

I'd call Disney directly and see if there is availability. It's possible there is a conference going on at that time.

The Disney site no longer lists it either.... I guess I should have booked yesterday. DARN! I didnt think it would book up 4 1/2 months early.

I'd definitely keep trying to get CSR! Rooms can come back into the system at any time. We LOVE CSR, it's our favorite moderate, and in our top 4 of any of the Disney resorts.

It could be that the availability for CSR disapoeared because a block of rooms was taken out for a conference. But cancellations happen all the time. I'd suggest you make avreservation for CBR, just so you have something (and it really is a beautiful resort). Then check periodically for availability at CSR.

I second this. My first thought was convention hold so there is a good chance some of those will be released but I'd book CBR as a holder to be sure. I thing CSR is the better of the two.

Ok, booked CBR and maybe I will check a few times for something opening up at CSR. April school vacation here in the northeast is the week of the 16th so I knew it would be busy that week. I hope this isn't a sign that its going to be super crowded. Thanks for the replies.

I would expect it's a conference block. Anything not booked will come back in system a few weeks in front of the conference.

I also love CSR, IMO it is much nice than CBR. It has more of a deluxe feel. I would keep trying. As most others mentioned it is probably due to a conference/conferences going on. The blocks will hopefully open up some rooms. I would also call Disney directly if you have not done so yet. Good luck!

We just came home from our first CSR visit and we loved it! We didn't find the resort too spread out and everything was so peaceful and serene.

I'd say call Disney direct and keep trying.
