How do you make yours?

I bake them just like a regular roasting chicken. For about the last 15 minutes, I baste them with a butter and herb sauce. Yum.

Deep fried like a turkey or on the rotissorie.

Put butter, salt & pepper on them and bake. Make sure you baste them every so often so they don't get dried out.

I baste them with butter and roast. I've tried different herbs and rubs, but I always go back to the plain old butter.
