Corando Springs or Maya Grill Help

My parents are headed to CS for their anniversary in 2 weeks. I already plan on having a gift basket in their room for them, but was thinking of doing something for them when they go to dinner. They are eating at Maya Grill, anyone ever done anything "magical" at this hotel? Ideas and suggestions??
