Coral World Ocean Park by taxi

Anyone gone to Coral World Ocean Park in St. Thomas by taxi? DCL's price is pretty steep, so I'm considering heading there independently. Also interested in the semi-sub, is that something I can just sign up for when I get there?

We're thinking of going to Coki Beach and Coral World (which are side by side and walkable). We'll just take a taxi.

I would probably pre purchase the sub and any other things they offer. We were there 2 years ago and did the sea lion encounter which was awesome! 5 years ago we did the semi sub and also enjoyed that. When we went on our own, I purchased ahead of time which was nice to do. We had a private car for the whole day so Coral World was one of our stops. Have fun!
