Coral Seas, in Epcot...

The one where you can sit next to the huge aquarium to eat -- do we need PS for that, or is it usually available on a walk-in basis? If I do need PS, how far in advance do I need to call in order to be likely to get a reservation?

We'll be there the first week of October but haven't decided which day(s) we're likely to spend at Epcot yet.

We always make a ps. then we arrive early and ask to wait for a tank side table.

If you have your heart set on eating there you should make a PS. The sooner the better if you want a decent time, so as soon as you figure out your schedule you should call.

Is there a schedule posted somewhere of what days which parks open early to resort guests in October?

No, not yet...October park hours and EMH will be released around August 1.
