I'm not sure if this is the right spot to post, but I've been in touch with Coral Reef and emailed the information for the personalized menus and diver. Do they reply back to tell me everythings taken care of or should I just assume they got it? Thanks!

Debbi emailed us (twice) about a month apart, to verify she had recieved it:thumbsup2

It will be my DD's birthday on our upcoming trip. What is the e-mail address to inquire about the diver?
Or is there a number I can call?

Just exactly what are the personalized menus? Is "Happy Birthday" just printed at the top or something?

Thank you! I guess I'll give her a week or two then email her for confirmation. I'm so excited about this and would hate for my email to have gotten lost or not arrived!

You need to call Coral Reef directly. Then they'll get back w/ you, check to see if they can schedule the diver for your ADR time, then give you the information and email address to send pictures.

The diver holds up an 8x10 personalized sign. Then the menus can have up to 4 pictures and a personalized message.

I have seen some menus with more than 4 pictures...also I heard they were going to start charging for the service (Diver) in 2008

The CM that called me said that more than 4 pictures looks cluttered on the menu. I heard that they were going to rework the program because of its popularity, but I didn't hear details.

We had some friends surprise us with a personalized dinner menu and it was great! She had sent photos so those were on the menu. It is nice to be able to take them with you when you leave so you can have the memory. I have added the menu to my scrapping items! Enjoy!

1) The scuttlebutt is that there will no divers in 2008
. . . too many requests
. . . divers don't have time to do their normal duties
2) The scuttlebutt is also the menus will have a charge.

I would love to do this as a surprise for DF during our honeymoon!!!!! Can anyone give me the email address to set this up???

The email address will be given to you after its arranged with the CM. Call Coral Reef directly. I'm at work so I don't have the number with me, but its on this board somewhere.

It sounds like I got in just in time!:)

Call Disney Dining and they will transfer you. Listen to the ques and you will hear one for ressies, two for manager ( I think ) and three for something else. Debbie was great. They put 5 on our menu but they were crammed. 4 would be better

We just ate there on November 1st. It was our favorite meal in WDW. We had the diver and the personalized menues. They sat us right next to the aquarium.

Here are some pictures. I don't know why they are looking a little blurry on here. The menues came out great and very clear. I sent in alot of pictures. Any questions, let me know.

This is the diver. Sorry, it is kinda dark.
