Dined for lunch. I had arranged for the diver and menu. I did not have to say a thing and they did everything perfect for that. We were seated right at the front.
The food was good. We got steak and the chocolate wave. Our server was HORRIBLE. She was a Chinese lady named Mulan (really) and she never checked on us, and left all of our dishes piled on the table. At one point I had to ask another server to clear dishes.

What does the server being Chinese have *anything* to do with the story? I think that could have been easily left out without changing the story.

Anyway, I'm sorry you had bad service. But I'm glad the diver worked out well!
