Hey everyone! My wife and I thought of going to Mickey's Trick-or-Treat Party dressed as Ratatouille chefs. I designed a logo for Gusteau's Restaurant, similar to the one in the movie. We would like to print it on our chef jackets and aprons. I just wonder if we will come across any copyright issues. I don't know how strict Disney is with that!? I attached a thumbnail of the logo for you all to see!

Now I may not be 100% right - but I believe I have read on these boards several times that as long as you are not selling your designs you will be fine. If you print them on shirts for your own use, then that is okay.

it's my understanding that if you're making it yourself for your own personal use that it's acceptable. Of course, don't look for any store with a heat press to do the work for you - they won't touch it with a 10-foot pole for fear of getting busted for copyright infringement!

you should check out the copyright laws if you're concerned; you can find info on the internet (at least I did).
